This is just the enclosure, each Node is a separate CTO you must configure.
The Dell C6600 holds 4 Nodes. Either the AMD C6615 or the Intel C6620 Node Server.
You can not mix nodes.

The Dell OpenManage™ systems management portfolio delivers a secure, efficient, and comprehensive solution for PowerEdge servers. Simplify, automate and centralize one-to-many management with the OpenManage Enterprise console and iDRAC.
Security is integrated into every phase of the PowerEdge lifecycle, including protected supply chain and factory-to-site integrity assurance. Silicon-based root of trust anchors end-to-end boot resilience while Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and role-based access controls ensure trusted operations
There is no mixing of the Server Nodes in the C6600 Rack Enclosure. The sleds support different Processor manufacturers. The C6615 holds 1 AMD processor and 6 DIMMs while the Intel C6620 supports 2 Intel processors and 16 DIMMS.
The PowerEdge C6600 system supports:
All sleds that share one enclosure must be identical and match the chassis type. Installing a sled in the PowerEdge C6600 chassis that does not match the chassis type or other sleds results in the enclosure fans running to 100% speed and Logs saying “hardware mismatch” along with the server light blinking amber. If a sled is not installed a Sled Blank will be installed in its place.
All the cooling and Fans are in the nodes. Each node will need to be configured separately. Both support air-cooled systems but the C6620 also supports the Direct Liquid Cooled system. When configuring the C6620 Node Server you will see all the rules, requirements, and limitations on how to install a DLC system.

All Memory is stored in the Server Nodes, The C6600 Rack Enclosure can support up to 4 similar server nodes. The C6615 holds 6 DDR5 DIMMs and the C6620 holds 16 DDR5 DIMMs.

Both Nodes hold the same 2x Low Profile x16 PCIe 5.0 slots. But only the C6620 has support for up to 2x 75W GPUs.
Both of the supported Dell Server Nodes support 1 OCP 3.0 x16 Gen 5 slot for expanding the networking of the Dell PowerEdge C6600 Rack Server.
The standard Gen 16 Storage controllers are supported on all the nodes in this 2U C6600 Rack Server.
The C6600 holds 2 Power supply units to support up to 4 Sleds that could possibly have 8 CPUs and 64 DIMMs when fully populated. With so many CPUs and DIMMs to support the power supply units will be very large in capacity. The largest PSU for this system is 3200W.
3200 W AC and DC power supplies are only available in North America.
