Dell PowerEdge R820

The Dell PowerEdge R820 is a 2U four-socket rack server that packs large-system compute into a compact chassis. It runs up to four Intel Xeon E5-4600 or E5-4600 v2 processors, 48 DDR3 DIMM slots for up to 1.5TB of memory, and up to 16x 2.5" hot-plug drives, including Express Flash PCIe SSDs. Seven PCIe 3.0 slots, a choice of network daughter cards, internal GPU support, hot-plug fans and redundant power suit databases, virtualization and HPC. Fully configurable.
