The Dell PowerEdge XE9680L is a 4U, dual-socket, direct liquid-cooled AI server. It pairs two 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (up to 64 cores each) with an 8-GPU NVIDIA HGX H200 or B200 board fully connected by NVLink, 32 DDR5 DIMMs (up to 4TB), 8 x 2.5" U.2 NVMe drives and up to 12 PCIe Gen5 slots for 400G networking. Liquid cooling for the CPUs, GPUs and NVLink switches packs 8-GPU performance into 4U instead of 6U.
