Dell's RAID controller lineup includes the fPERC solution, offering a base RAID hardware controller that skips PCIe slot usage altogether through a compact, high-density connector to the base planar.
The 15G PERC controller lineup draws heavily on the established 14G family, carrying forward the Value and Value Performance tiers. New to 15G is the Harpoon-based Premium Performance tier, a high-end option designed to boost IOPS and enhance SSD performance.

The R750 supports up to 32 DIMMs, reaching a maximum system capacity of around 12TB when combining 8x 512GB Intel Optane Persistent Memory 200 Series modules with 8x 256GB LRDIMMs per CPU, at speeds up to 3200 MT/s.
The R750 works with registered DIMMs (RDIMMs) and load-reduced DIMMs (LRDIMMs), both using a buffer to reduce memory loading and enable greater density for maximum platform memory capacity. Unbuffered DIMMs (UDIMMs) are not supported.
