The system has two risers that can be installed. If you desire the Liquid Cooling feature for the CPUs. The Riser 2A is not supported as the liquid cooling tubes take up that slot.

The PowerEdge C6525 is installed with one Broadcom BCM54210S-Gigabit Ethernet controller as an independent Ethernetinterface device. When installing the OCP 3.0 Card you can raise the networking capabilities from 1GbE to 25 Gb network speed.
The PowerEdge C6525 supports multiple storage configurations for numerous type of workloads. The C6400 chassis supportsthe following configuration types:
- No hard drives in a no-backplane configuration.
- 24 x 2.5-inch direct backplane configuration with up to six SAS/SATA drives for each PowerEdge C6525 node.
- 24 x 2.5-inch NVMe backplane configuration with up to six drives for each PowerEdge C6525 node out of which 2 drivescan be NVMe drives. Both the drives can support up to Gen3 speed.
- 12 x 3.5-inch direct backplane configuration with up to 3 SAS/SATA drives for each PowerEdge C6525 node.

A Single GPU is supported on Riser 1A if that is the only riser installed, If both risers are installed then 1 GPU can be installed in Slot 2 of Riser 2A. Please read the manuals for all the PCIe cards and the slots they're supported in.
