Dell iDRAC8 Enterprise License is the premium remote management upgrade for 13th-generation PowerEdge servers (e.g., R730, R630, R430).
It unlocks full-featured HTML5/KVM Virtual Console with multi-session support, Virtual Media (ISO/floppy mounting), Virtual Folders, and remote power control with detailed graphing.
Compared to the basic iDRAC8 Express, Enterprise adds Active Directory/LDAP integration, two-factor authentication, email/SNMP alerting, and enhanced out-of-band monitoring.
The license is permanent, tied to the server’s service tag, and activated by importing a digital license file through the iDRAC web interface or RACADM.
