  3. Advanced ECC uses Single Device Data Correction (SDDC) to detect and correct single and all Multi-Bit error that occurs within a single DRAM Chip. Both x4 and x8 SDDC are supported (x8 requires lockstep mode).
  4. Memory online spare mode (Also known as rank spare mode) detects a rank that is degrading and switches operation to the spare rank.
  5. Memory lockstep mode is used to correct a single x8 Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) device failure on a DIMM. The DIMMs in each paired memory channel must have identical HPE part numbers.

  7. When populating the second optional riser slot, the second processor must be installed. All slots support up to 150 W Peripheral Component Interconnect express (PCIe) cards, but an additional power cord option is required (P/N 669777-B21).
  8. Indicates the number of physical electrical lanes running to the connector.
  9. Default bus assignment (In decimal). Inserting cards with PCI bridges may alter the actual bus assignment number.
  10. All Pre-Configured models come populated with some hard drive blanks installed. Should the end user need additional hard drive blanks, they can order more using either P/N 666987-B21: HPE SFF Gen8 hard drive blank kit.
  11. The SD slot is not a Hot-Pluggable device. End users should not attempt to plug an SD Card into the SD Slot while the server is powered ON.
