The Dell PowerEdge R7615 is a 2U single-socket rack server powered by one 4th Gen AMD EPYC 9004 Series processor with up to 128 cores. It offers 12 DDR5 DIMM slots (up to 3TB at up to 4800 MT/s), up to eight PCIe slots (Gen5 and Gen4), up to three 300W double-width or six 75W single-width GPUs, and up to 24x 2.5", 12x 3.5" or 32x EDSFF E3.S front drives plus rear bays. Managed by iDRAC9, with air cooling or optional Direct Liquid Cooling, it brings storage and GPU density to a single socket. Fully configurable.

The R7615 is a single-socket server that takes one 4th Generation AMD EPYC 9004 Series processor (SP5 socket) with up to 128 cores.

It has 12 DDR5 RDIMM slots for up to 3TB of memory. DIMMs rated at 5600 MT/s are clocked down to the platform maximum of 4800 MT/s. Only registered ECC DDR5 DIMMs are supported.

Front options include 8 or 12x 3.5-inch SAS/SATA, 8, 16 or 24x 2.5-inch SAS/SATA/NVMe, or 8, 16 or 32 EDSFF E3.S Gen5 NVMe drives. Rear modules add 2x or 4x 2.5-inch drives or 4x E3.S NVMe, and BOSS-N1 provides M.2 NVMe boot. Please specify your capacity needs when you submit your quote configuration.

Up to three 300W double-width GPUs or up to six 75W single-width GPUs, using up to eight PCIe slots (four Gen5 and four Gen4).

The R7615 moves from 2nd/3rd Gen AMD EPYC to EPYC 9004 on the SP5 socket, from DDR4-3200 to DDR5 and from 2TB to 3TB of memory, and from four PCIe Gen3/Gen4 slots to eight with Gen5. It adds 300W double-width GPU support, EDSFF E3.S storage, optional liquid cooling and a 2400W PSU option.
