The Dell PowerEdge R6725 is a 1U dual-socket rack server powered by two 5th Gen AMD EPYC 9005 Series processors with up to 192 cores each. It supports 24 DDR5 DIMM slots (up to 6TB, speeds up to 6400 MT/s), up to three PCIe Gen5 slots, two optional OCP 3.0 NICs, up to three 75W single-width GPUs and up to 20x EDSFF E3.S Gen5 NVMe front drives, with air or Direct Liquid Cooling. Managed by iDRAC10, it packs high core density into 1U for virtualization, VDI and high-performance computing. Fully configurable.

It has 24 DDR5 RDIMM slots, 12 per processor at one DIMM per channel, running at up to 6400 MT/s. Maximum capacity is up to 6TB. Only registered ECC DDR5 DIMMs are supported.

Yes. It supports up to three 75W single-width, low-profile GPUs. Cooling is air with up to four dual hot-plug fan modules and N+1 fan redundancy, or optional Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) for the highest-power CPUs.

Front options include 4x 3.5-inch SAS/SATA, 8x 2.5-inch universal or U.2, 10x 2.5-inch SAS/SATA (or 10x 2.5-inch with 4 universal), 8 or 16 EDSFF E3.S Gen5 NVMe, or 20x E3.S plus 2 rear E3.S drives. The R6725 moves from two EPYC 9004 CPUs with up to 128 cores each to two EPYC 9005 CPUs with up to 192 cores each. Memory speed rises from 4800 to 6400 MT/s on the same 24 DDR5 slots, PCIe slots are all Gen5, E3.S capacity grows to 20 front bays, it adds a second OCP 3.0 slot, and management moves from iDRAC9 to iDRAC10.
