The Dell PowerEdge R6615 is a 1U single-socket rack server powered by one 4th Gen AMD EPYC 9004 Series processor with up to 128 cores. It offers 12 DDR5 DIMM slots (up to 3TB at up to 4800 MT/s), up to three PCIe slots including Gen5, two 75W single-width GPUs, and up to 16x EDSFF E3.S Gen5 NVMe, 10x 2.5" or 4x 3.5" front drives plus rear bays. Managed by iDRAC9, it offers air cooling or optional Direct Liquid Cooling for dense, efficient single-socket compute. Fully configurable.

The R6615 is a single-socket server that takes one 4th Generation AMD EPYC 9004 Series processor (SP5 socket) with up to 128 cores, using Zen 4 or high-density Zen 4c cores.

It has 12 DDR5 RDIMM slots, one per memory channel, for up to 3TB of memory. DIMMs rated at 5600 MT/s are clocked down to the platform maximum of 4800 MT/s.

Front options include up to 4x 3.5-inch SAS/SATA, up to 8x 2.5-inch NVMe, up to 10x 2.5-inch SAS/SATA/NVMe, or 14 or 16 EDSFF E3.S Gen5 NVMe drives. Rear options add 2x 2.5-inch SAS/SATA or 2x E3.S NVMe drives, and BOSS-N1 provides M.2 NVMe boot. Please specify your capacity needs when you submit your quote configuration.

It is air cooled with up to four dual hot-plug fan modules (Standard or High-Performance Gold), and Direct Liquid Cooling is optional. DLC is a rack solution that requires rack manifolds and a cooling distribution unit (CDU).

The R6615 moves to the SP5 socket and AMD EPYC 9004, from DDR4-3200 to DDR5, and from 2TB to 3TB of memory. It adds PCIe Gen5 and a third slot, EDSFF E3.S Gen5 NVMe and rear drive bays, optional liquid cooling, and BOSS-N1 NVMe boot in place of BOSS-S1.
