BOSS-S1 PCIe Adapter

The Boot Optimized Storage Subsystem offers an ideal way to load the OS on this server, avoiding the need to dedicate one of the 4 available drives — especially valuable given the limited storage and lack of drive-type mixing support. The BOSS module uses one PCIe slot on the butterfly riser, leaving a single remaining slot available for networking.

IDSDM

The Internal Dual SD Module (IDSDM) works well for loading a hypervisor OS in virtualization setups, supporting up to 2 microSD cards. It shares its slot with the internal USB, so the two can't be installed together.
