NetApp’s NBD and NFO services may utilize aircraft, therefore, NBD and NFO cannot be selected for any PREQ.

  • For Same Day entitled service (2hr and 4hr response profile) – Process as normal Same Day 2 or 4 hour service from local depot network.o Will Call / Customer Pick Up support – process as normal from local depot. Scheduled Delivery – process as normal from local depot. Stock out condition - NFO (Next Flight Out) - THIS SERVICE CANNOT BE UTILIZED as it leverages passenger aircraft transport. Advise the customer of the stock condition. Seek to ship part to customer from NBD depot as “Small Parcel Ground Transportation Service”. This order will need to be called in to 3PL.
  • For NBD entitled service (NBD response profile) - Apply 4 4-hour service uplift out of the local depot network. Treat PREQ as same day entitlement (follow process above for same day entitled service)
  • When all else fails, email or call regional logistics team for support.
