10GBASE-T

10GBASE-T is a high-speed Ethernet standard that delivers 10 Gigabits per second (10Gbps) over twisted-pair copper cables using RJ-45 connectors. It provides a cost-effective networking solution with support for distances up to 100 meters. While power consumption is generally higher than fiber-based solutions, advancements in technology continue to improve efficiency.
