The Dell 3.5" Drive Tray Caddie for Servers is compatible with 11th, 12th, and 13th generation Dell PowerEdge servers. Designed for large form factor drives, it features a durable frame with stepped cutaways that visually differentiate it from storage-specific caddies.
Part numbers 58CWC and KG1CH refer to this server-only variant. This tray is not suitable for Dell storage units. If you need a storage-compatible caddy, refer to the correct part designated for enclosures, as this model is exclusively for server use.
Not all Gen 13 Drive Caddies are supported by Server and Storage units. This Drive Tray Caddy can go only to Servers, not Storage Units. You can tell this by the stepped cutaways at the end of the drive Caddy. The second image above shows this cutout.
