This 1U Rack Server supports the Front PERC Form Factor. The software RAID S150 is supported on either SATA drives with chipset SATA only backplane or NVMe drives in universal slots with processor direct PCIe cable connected backplane.

The IDSDM is unsupported if the Internal USB module is installed. You must choose between which one you would like to install. The IDSDM is perfect for booting the Hypervisor OS.
The Internal USB and IDSDM take up the same slot so they are not supported together. You must choose which one to install.
The BOSS M.2 Drives have their own dedicated BOSS Riser Kit that supports 1 Riser card with 2 M.2 SATA Drives. This BOSS is designed to boot a full OS system without allocating a drive to it.
