The Dell PowerEdge XE9785L is the direct liquid-cooled version of the XE9785: a 3 OU, dual-socket compute node that slides into the Dell IR7044 or IR7050 ORv3 rack. It pairs two 5th Gen AMD EPYC 9005 processors (up to 192 cores each) with an 8-GPU board: AMD Instinct MI355X, NVIDIA HGX B300 or NVIDIA HGX B200. Liquid cooling for the CPUs, GPUs and NVLink switches fits 8-GPU performance into 3 OU. Power comes from the rack power shelf, so the node has no PSUs. You choose the chassis (E1.S or U.2), CPUs, memory, drives, boot, GPU board and networking.

8 x 2.5" U.2 NVMeⓘ Drives Two chassis: 16 x E1.S Gen5 NVMe (up to 122.88 TB) for MI355X or B300, or 8 x 2.5" U.2 Gen4 NVMe for MI355X, B300 or B200. Drives attach directly; no PERC, SAS or SATA. The node installs only in an IR7000 rack.
