The Dell PowerEdge XE9785 is a 10U, dual-socket, air-cooled AI training server. It pairs two 5th Gen AMD EPYC 9005 processors (up to 192 cores each) with an 8-GPU baseboard: AMD Instinct MI355X on Infinity Fabric or NVIDIA HGX B300 on NVLink. It adds 24 DDR5 DIMMs (up to 6TB), 16 E3.S Gen5 NVMe drives and up to 12 PCIe Gen5 slots for the cluster fabric.

- GPU sled on top, HPM sled (CPUs, memory) slides out the front
