Each tray pairs two 72-core NVIDIA Grace CPUs and 960GB of LPDDR5X with up to four Blackwell Ultra GPUs carrying 288GB of HBM3e each. Cold plates tie into the rack's liquid loop, and power comes from the rack busbar.
